In this house in Lilliput we installed a new floor, an engineered merbau plank. Also the existing skirting was removed and replaced with new.

On this job we constructed a small deck with steps up to the summer house and to the right. A new fence was installed to the left and right of the property with concrete posts and gravel boards. The summerhouse was also repaired and treated.

This is a fire door blank, used to provide fire protection between rooms.

You can buy paneled fire doors however in this case the door opening was so large that a door blank had to be used, then converted on site by hand to a 4 paneled georgian style door.

Using Mdf and softwood moldings the door when painted will match existing doors within the house.

A mortice lock was fitted as well as an intumescent strip for added fire protection.

This is a water tank off of a bedroom that needed to be boxed in and made accessible.

Slatted shelves were also added to provide an area for towels etc.
